Frequently asked questions about Jenny Lawson’s virtual tour April 2021:

Question: I have already ordered a book, but the tickets for the virtual events require me to purchase a book to reserve my spot. Can I just pay for a ticket that doesn’t include the book?

Answer: As with in-person events, bundled event tickets mean a purchase of the book in order to reserve your seat. Please feel free to donate your book or give it to a friend or an essential worker if you already have another one coming.

Question: I have a conflict on the date of the virtual events, but want to be able to view them. How can I do so?

Answer: The bookstores will allow ticket holders to watch a recording of the event for about a month following the event – so a ticket holder can re-watch it, or if they have a conflict on the date of the event, they will be able to view it later.

Question: Will the recordings of the virtual events become available for public viewing after the events, in case I don’t want to purchase a ticket?

Answer: Exactly one month after the virtual events, they will be available to be viewed publicly via the bookstores’ social media channels.

Question: Will Jenny’s events be accessible to the hearing impaired?
